Consulting/Mentoring Services

Whether you require assistance with ministry strategizing, problem solving, or leadership development, a consulting/mentoring arrangement can be custom fit to suit your needs, regardless of whether your church is located in the St. Louis area. Examples of several consulting arrangements are:

1. Ongoing partnerships. In this type of arrangement, Brad can be contracted for a set period of time, usually 3 months to a year. Goals, schedule, fees and other details are tailored to suit your needs.

2. One day consulting. In this setup, Brad comes to your church for a day (or more) of consulting. For churches outside the St. Louis area this “fly in/fly out” option is very popular; Brad can fly in during the morning, spends the entire day with you and other key leaders and then fly out in the evening.

Many churches enlist the services of consultants not only for their valuable expertise, but also because it’s economical. Especially in an ongoing consulting relationship, it’s like adding a staff member without paying a full-time salary and benefits.
